Q: Do I need to get my vehicle serviced at my dealer to retain the warranty?
A: Not necessarily. With an authorised mechanic servicing your vehicle we can do log book processing without voiding your warranty.

Q: How old does my vehicle have to be before it needs a Pink Slip?
A: Your vehicle will require a pink slip after 5 years.
 
Q: Do I have to pay on the day of the job and how can I pay ?
A: Yes. Payment needs to be made at the completion of the job. We accept EFTPOS, all major Credit Cards and Cash.
 
Q: What is the warranty on your work?
A: All our services and repairs are fully guaranteed work - not just a patch up to get you going.
Depending on the job, most of our work comes with a 12 Month Warranty on Parts and Labour.
 
Q: Do you do repairs as well as services?
A: Of course, we have a fully equipped workshop and only employ fully qualified and highly trained technicians. 
 
Q: Are your technicians qualified?
A: Yes we only employ fully qualified technicians that have been in the trade for 4 years or more. Mourad Automotives P/L also continues their training with internal and external training courses. We do train some apprentices to help the trade but it's the mechanics in control of working on your car.
 
Q: How soon can a technician repair my vehicle?
A: We can usually organise same or next business day bookings. You can email info@mouradautomotives.com.au or call 95870263 to arrange a booking time. The earlier you call or email the better.
 
Q: Do you work Saturdays?
A: Yes. Mourad Automotives P/L technicians are available for repairs 6 days a week - Monday to Saturday.
 
Q: Do you work Public Holidays?
A: Yes and No. We are closed on Christmas and Boxing Day, New Years Day, Good Friday, Saturday and Easter Sunday and Anzac Day. Please call 95870263 to confirm our hours of operation if your need repair or service on your car.
 
Q: How does your pricing work ?
A: This depends upon what you need. We always strive to give you a fixed price up front and let you be in control of costs. If you are unsure what is wrong, then we highly recommend to get the vehicle to our workshop and get one of our technicians to diagnose the fault at no cost.
